AeroZane 9H is the ultimate protective coating to apply onto aircraft fuselage paint leaving an extremely durable, long lasting ceramic coating. Aviation approved.

Easy to apply, non-hazardous, AeroZane 9H extends the life of aircraft paint maintaining a high gloss finish whilst reducing cleaning costs.

Application Instructions.

Apply in 2’×2′ (60cm x 60cm) sections.

Drip 4 to 5 few drops of liquid coating onto an applicator pad or V-100 wipe and lightly apply it on the paint evenly by using a cross hatch pattern (horizontally then vertically).

Wait 1-5 minutes depending on the temperature of the working environment. You will see a faint separation or “flash” when it is ready for the next step.

Using a 400GSM clean lint free microfiber towel gently wipe the treated areas in straight lines to remove any excess coating and to level out any “high spots”. Use only very! very! light pressure, just enough to keep the microfiber towel in your hand. Do Not Create Excess Friction.

Next flip to clean high pile side of microfiber and repeat the buffing again. Again, use only very! very! Light Pressure, just enough to keep the microfiber towel in your hand. Do Not Create Excess Friction.

Final Check the panel for excess coating or “high spots” and lightly even out the coating.

Leave to dry between 45 minutes to an hour before applying another coat. The maximum number of coats is 3.

*DO NOT WET OR TOUCH THE PAINT WORK WITH FOR 24 HOURS. We suggest not using the aircraft for 24 hours after coating. DO NOT WASH FOR 7 DAYS to allow for max cure and hardness. Once opened, use the contents of the bottle within 30 days.

A 50ml bottle will coat 6 sqM with one coat.
